Hello Meera, i dont think its right to show moolangi huli’s pic in a madhwa site as it is a thamasa padhartha. Sambar or huLi is one of our staple everyday side dishes for rice. Meera, I have not seen the skillet in any Indian store that you showed in the recipe of Guntha Pongulu. This Sambar powder can be used for a time over 45 days to two months for a family of 4 members, if used daily. Certainly not kadale puri alias Mandakki as said by mangalore people. Your sambar looks hot & delicious! Recipe for Udupi style sambar. Ragini, All indian stores have coriander seeds. Thanks for all the recipes. Continue your good work. If you like spicy sambar, add another cup of red chillies. it is always nice to prepare masala powder at home. Pls, keep in mind next time…….
