Have you been watching the Olympics? I have, and I am so proud of all of our Canadian athletes competing in Sochi. I decided to try out a simple nail look that would represent the Canadian flag in support of our team!

Items Used

• Julep – Freedom Polymer Topcoat
• Essie - Snap Happy
• Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear - White On

Directions

• Apply two coats of white on your middle finger, and two coats of red on the rest of your nails
• Let dry for 15 minutes
• Use a toothpick or nail art tool (I used Essence - Nail Art Stylist) to create a heart on your middle finger
• Let dry for an addition 15 minutes to avoid streaking, then apply top coat
• Voila! You have nails that pay homage to the Canadian flag, and let everyone know you are sending love to our competing athletes
