As I’ve mentioned before, this blog began as a way for me to share the products I was loving with my friends. But it goes both ways! My friends are always sharing what they love with me! On my wedding day, my maid of honour Sarah was raving about this mascara that uses green tea fibres to make your lashes dramatically thicker and longer.

Kelita sent me an amazing variety of products from BB Creams to Brilliant Moisturizing Gel, which had pearls in it. That’s right. Actual freshwater pearls are ground into powder and put inside the moisturizing gel to help regenerate collagen. So fancy! But the two standout products for me were the lipgloss and the mascara. They were amazing, and so unique (pun intended!).

Where do I start. This product is so unlike anything else I have ever tried. I really gives you the results it promises. I should start by saying that my lashes grow downwards, and in all directions. There is no taming them. But this mascara gave my lashes length and thickness that I was really happy with. Some of my lashes still stuck out in all directions, but the lashes I was able to curl into submission looked gorgeous!

It’s a 4 step process, so this may not be a look you can manage daily. If I’m running late, this is the first thing that gets cut from my makeup routine but if I have the extra 5 minutes, I’ll do it. It actually makes it look like I have lash extensions. Colour me impressed! I will be re-purchasing this again for sure!

Lucrative Lip Gloss $18

I’ll be real with you, the reason I love this lip gloss so much is because it has a mirror on the side. It is such a small detail, but as a result it has become the one lip products I take everywhere. Not only does it make application super easy, I use it when I am touching up my concealer and eyeliner too! The formula is pretty thick, which I liked and lasted just as long as my other glosses.
